The President of the Senate, David Mark, led other senators to condemn the recent killing of innocent school children in Yobe State. SenatorMark said the call for a full scale war on members of Boko Haram became necessary in view of their inhuman acts on daily basis.
He noted that several appeals have been made for Boko Haram to stop all attacks but it fell on their deaf ears.
He therefore vowed that the necessary war resources sould be deployed to put an end to the carnage.
a minute silence was held in remembrance of the 47 students killed by Boko Haram.
