“Leaked EFCC Letter” APC have resorted to forgery – PDP

The National Chairman of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Alhaji Ahmadu Adamu Mu’azu has debunked claims by the opposition party the All Progressives Congress, APC, claiming that President Goodluck Jonathan mandated the Economic Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, to secretly go after APC party leaders.
Adamu Mu’azu took to Twitter, debunking this claim.; “Imagine APC going to the length of forging documents. How very sad. Nigerians are wiser now.”
Adamu Mu’azu who had earlier cleared the air on the rumour of his resignation from the PDP stated in a tweet, “First, they said I had a misunderstanding with President Jonathan last week, then this week that I resigned. One propaganda per week.”
“What will be the propaganda for next week? APC will lose this election convincingly and I hope they blame my misunderstanding with PGEJ.”
APC had claimed that a leaked letter dated February 19, Jonathan through his Chief of Staff, Brigadier General Jones Oladehinde Arogbofa, rtd, told EFCC investigate 20 persons including All Progressives Congress leaders like former Lagos governor, Bola Tinubu, Former vice president of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar and Governor Rotimi Amaechi of Rivers State.
This seems to be in line with reports that the opposition is running out of ideas considering all the criticisms they have thrown at the ruling party have come to nought.
